College Description of Interventional Vascular Procedures
This course introduces vascular IR procedures with expanded emphasis on angiography, embolization, and vascular access. Students learn to evaluate vascular pathology and assist with interventional procedures. Additionally, the course strengthens analytical reasoning and prepares students for advanced IR practice.
Course Objectives of Interventional Vascular Procedures
Students will learn to analyze vascular anatomy, interpret vascular pathology, evaluate procedural protocols, and apply IR techniques to vascular systems. They will also strengthen observational skills, analytical reasoning, and procedural interpretation.
