College Description of PET Imaging
This course introduces PET imaging with expanded emphasis on positron decay, coincidence detection, and metabolic imaging. Students learn to evaluate PET images and interpret diagnostic findings. Additionally, the course strengthens analytical reasoning and prepares students for advanced PET/CT imaging.
